He brings this valuable industry experience to his role as RubLine’s Content Director, developing compelling, high-quality content strategies that drive results across a variety of media.

With a bachelor’s degree in marketing for the University of Northern Iowa, Jake spent several years working in sales and project coordination. As a Marketing Strategist for RubLine, he works closely with clients to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.
What’s your favorite way to spend your weekend? Any sort of outdoor activity. My favorite is definitely ice fishing in the winter.
Chase has worked in sales and marketing for over 25 years, with growing brands such as River Valley Bancorp and General Motors for a 12-year stint. As President of RubLine, he creates marketing strategies and tells brand stories for a diverse roster of clients.
In another life, I’m pretty sure I was a Baja off-road desert race car driver.
Tina spent 19 years at her previous employer, advancing through payroll and accounting departments. As RubLine’s CFO, she handles everything from accounting and payroll to insurance and client press releases.
What’s your favorite way to spend your weekend?
Tina spends weekends at the gym, football field, or track cheering on her three kids.
Mark is an experienced designer who worked for several magazine publishing companies and in-house corporate design departments before joining the RubLine team. As Art Director, he spearheads client projects for packaging, catalog, web graphics, and anything else that needs a designer’s touch.
What’s your favorite way to spend your weekend?
I love to travel and ride my bicycle.
Zach is a graduate of Simpson College, where he majored in Computer Information Systems, or as he calls it “nerd stuff”. Zach is an IT-Web Associate and oversees website updates, assists with the client data dashboards and all things computery.
I lived and studied in London for three months and have been counting down the days until I can take another trip.
After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa, Chad entered the corporate finance world, which took him all across the country for 20 years. He brought his love for the outdoors to RubLine as the Marketing Strategist — building client relationships, managing projects, strategizing and implementing marketing initiatives, and negotiating ad buys.
What’s your favorite way to spend your weekend?
I spend my time split between motocross racing, club and high school soccer, and competition cheer.
Keegan started off sweeping floors at RubLine at 15, moved on to social media, then began filming outdoor TV shows. Now he shoots and edits photos and videos for a variety of platforms as RubLine Marketing’s Videographer & Video Editor.
The best concert I’ve ever been to was Luke Combs because I got to meet him before the show.
A graduate of the University of Iowa, Brenna previously worked as a web producer in the editorial world and runs her own lifestyle photography business. As RubLine’s Photographer, she styles and organizes photo shoots to create compelling images that highlight clients’ products.
If I could invent a holiday, it would definitely involve beer and cream cheese-based dips.
Ryan has over two decades of experience in sales and marketing — 14 years with GrandView Outdoors and six years with a newspaper covering nine cities. As a Marketing Strategist & Account Manager for RubLine, he puts his expertise to work developing compelling marketing strategies for clients.

Casey served in the military for 12 years with multiple deployments and also previously worked in paid ad implementation with hundreds of accounts for nearly a decade. In his role as Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Search at RubLine, he plans, executes, and optimizes paid social and search campaigns.
The best concert I’ve ever been to was Blink 182.
Maddie is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, where she majored in sports public relations and gained valuable marketing experience working with UNI Athletics. She optimizes digital advertising campaigns, develops creative content, and manages social media profiles as RubLine’s Digital Marketing Specialist.
The best concert I’ve ever been to was Yung Gravy.
With more than 20 years of marketing experience, Joshua has designed, written, illustrated, analyzed or optimized about anything a person can. At RubLine Marketing, he plans, executes and optimizes paid search, social, and other PPC campaigns.
A children’s book that I illustrated was published in 2014.
After graduating with a BFA from Iowa State University, Matthew dove into the industry as a Marketing Associate, developing skills in many facets of omni-channel outreach and content creation. As one of RubLine Marketing’s Graphic Designers, he creates digital, print, and packaging graphics for clients.
I love to write and produce original music!
With a Bachelor’s degree in digital cinema production and public relations, Nathan has experience directing live sports and music broadcasts and working in video marketing and TV news production. In his role as Videographer for RubLine, he shoots photos, writes scripts, and produces and edits videos.
What’s your favorite way to spend your weekend?
On wheels — bike or rollerblade.
Payton developed a passion for graphic design while earning a degree in graphic communications technology at Kirkwood Community College. As RubLine’s Graphic Designer, she designs and edits print and digital ads, catalogs, logos, and more for clients. Outside of work, Payton spends time with family and enjoys the great outdoors.
When I was 5, I was pretty sure I’d be a dance instructor when I grew up.
Adam’s passion for the great outdoors and background in natural resources and environmental science ultimately led him to a career in the outdoor industry. In his role as Marketing & Social Media Coordinator for RubLine, he manages clients’ organic social media and delivers compelling content to followers.
What’s your favorite way to spend your weekend?
Chasing spring turkeys in the timber!
Megan started working with RubLine during her junior year of high school doing odds and ends, rose through the ranks while she mastered data and analytics, and now serves as Data Manager while pursuing a college degree. In her current role, she pulls analytics for social media integration, programs data into client dashboards, and performs advertiser audits.
What’s your favorite way to spend your weekend?
I like to spend my weekends golfing or at our lake house where we ride our boat, tube, jet ski, and have a good time with friends and family!
Currently studying digital media leadership and marketing at UNI, Jadilyn Franco is an active participant in three student organizations while also working part time for RubLine. In her role as Marketing Coordinator, she assists with marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media management.
The best concert I’ve ever been to was a Trippie Redd Concert. I’ve seen him 3 times, and each time was amazing!
