Steven Pignataro

As the co-CEO of Technology at ‘corePHP’ LLC and Rubline Marketing, Steven has been developing since the womb (well, the birth of the internet in the 90’s). Steven’s thirst for knowledge, providing viable solutions to complex problems and just providing the utmost customer service to the customer is front and center. Behind the scenes, Steven enjoys spending time with his wife and 7 kiddos, working on fun house projects, camping with the family, and building long-lasting memories. He enjoys being impactful and thorough.

FUN FACT:

Steven is a twin with no other than Michael. Gosh! That wasn’t a surprise. But in the past, Steven and Michael enjoyed traveling and performing grand illusions.

CHASE

Chase has over 27 years of experience in marketing, sales, and strategy, having worked with prominent brands like General Motors, Mitsubishi Chemical, and MoJack Distributors. As the founder and former President of RubLine Marketing, now part of corePHP, Chase has developed successful marketing strategies and compelling brand stories for a diverse roster of clients. He has a proven track record in building startup brands in outdoor recreation and growing emerging brands in agriculture, recreation, manufacturing, and engineering. His entrepreneurial approach has led to the creation of multiple marketing services across five countries, spanning various industries.

FUN FACT:

In another life, I’m pretty sure I was a Baja off-road desert race car driver.

Michael Pignataro

As the co-CEO of Operations at ‘corePHP’ LLC and Rubline Marketing, I thrive on solving complex challenges for our clients and leading teams of talented individuals to success. Outside of work, I’m a family man, dedicated to making lasting memories with my wife and four kids. Our favorite escapes include Disney World and Pigeon Forge. I relish in the joy of summer, hosting gatherings and manning the grill. Balancing professional ambitions with personal passions, I find fulfillment in meaningful conversations with clients, teamwork, and the simple pleasures of family life.

FUN FACT:

I used to perform magic by doing large-scale illusion shows.

CHAD

After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa, Chad entered the corporate finance world, which took him all across the country for 20 years. He brought his love for the outdoors to RubLine as the Marketing Strategist — building client relationships, managing projects, strategizing and implementing marketing initiatives, and negotiating ad buys.

FUN FACT:

What’s your favorite way to spend your weekend?
I spend my time split between motocross racing, club and high school soccer, and competition cheer.

JAKE

With a bachelor’s degree in marketing for the University of Northern Iowa, Jake spent several years working in sales and project coordination. As a Marketing Strategist for RubLine, he works closely with clients to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.

FUN FACT:

What’s your favorite way to spend your weekend?
Any sort of outdoor activity. My favorite is definitely ice fishing in the winter.

ADAM

Adam’s passion for the great outdoors and background in natural resources and environmental science ultimately led him to a career in the outdoor industry. In his role as Marketing & Social Media Coordinator for RubLine, he manages clients’ organic social media and delivers compelling content to followers.

MEGAN

Megan started working with RubLine during her junior year of high school doing odds and ends, rose through the ranks while she mastered data and analytics, and now serves as Data Manager while pursuing a college degree. In her current role, she pulls analytics for social media integration, programs data into client dashboards, and performs advertiser audits.

FUN FACT:

What’s your favorite way to spend your weekend?
I like to spend my weekends golfing or at our lake house where we ride our boat, tube, jet ski, and have a good time with friends and family!

JADILYN

Currently studying digital media leadership and marketing at UNI, Jadilyn Franco is an active participant in three student organizations while also working part time for RubLine. In her role as Marketing Coordinator, she assists with marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media management.

FUN FACT:

The best concert I’ve ever been to was a Trippie Redd Concert. I’ve seen him 3 times, and each time was amazing!

JOE

Joe, a Digital Marketing and Business graduate from Western Michigan University, is driven by a passion for digital marketing. With a focus on staying at the forefront of the ever-changing digital landscape, Joe excels as a digital marketing specialist. He collaborates closely with clients, devising and executing effective digital marketing strategies that leverage the power of SEO and paid advertising.

I have never been outside of the USA and Canada.

KATIE

Katie is a graduate of Mount Mercy University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. She is responsible for managing social media pages, content creation, and affiliate marketing. Katie’s passion for digital marketing ensures that she effectively responds to social media conversations, creating impactful online interactions for the brands she works with.

I played volleyball competitively for 12 years.

Peter Matz

A former entrepreneur, Peter has applied his drive to learn about and improve business performance to the Digital Marketing team. Working primarily on the search engine optimization (SEO) side, Peter is a firm believer that everything can be optimized. He is currently putting this theory to the test by applying general business leadership principles to his family of 5 children, 5 years old and under, in a hopefully successful effort to mitigate the chaos and support his wife’s homeschooling program.

FUN FACT:

Enjoying the peace and calm of early morning Mass is my favorite thing to do on a Sunday.

KEEGAN

Keegan started off sweeping floors at RubLine at 15, moved on to social media, then began filming outdoor TV shows. Now he shoots and edits photos and videos for a variety of platforms as RubLine Marketing’s Videographer & Video Editor.

FUN FACT:

The best concert I’ve ever been to was Luke Combs because I got to meet him before the show.

BRENNA

A graduate of the University of Iowa, Brenna previously worked as a web producer in the editorial world and runs her own lifestyle photography business. As RubLine’s Photographer, she styles and organizes photo shoots to create compelling images that highlight clients’ products.

FUN FACT:

If I could invent a holiday, it would definitely involve beer and cream cheese-based dips.

BRADY

Brady is a graduate of Hawkeye Community College. He grew up watching movies and TV shows and exploring the outdoors. Brady found a love for creating films and making fun videos. As a videographer for RubLine, Brady spends his time shooting and editing videos for multiple platforms. Outside of his passion for videography, Brady enjoys exploring and traveling. In his free time, he loves to play video games and go to the gym.

FUN FACT:

I made eye contact with Shawn Mendes on a crosswalk while visiting Los Angeles.

MARK

Mark is an experienced designer who worked for several magazine publishing companies and in-house corporate design departments before joining the RubLine team. As Art Director, he spearheads client projects for packaging, catalog, web graphics, and anything else that needs a designer’s touch.

FUN FACT:

What’s your favorite way to spend your weekend?
I love to travel and ride my bicycle.

PAYTON

Payton developed a passion for graphic design while earning a degree in graphic communications technology at Kirkwood Community College. As RubLine’s Graphic Designer, she designs and edits print and digital ads, catalogs, logos, and more for clients. Outside of work, Payton spends time with family and enjoys the great outdoors.

FUN FACT:

When I was 5, I was pretty sure I’d be a dance instructor when I grew up.

MATT

After graduating with a BFA from Iowa State University, Matthew dove into the industry as a Marketing Associate, developing skills in many facets of omni-channel outreach and content creation. As one of RubLine Marketing’s Graphic Designers, he creates digital, print, and packaging graphics for clients.

FUN FACT:

I love to write and produce original music!

ZACH

Zach is a graduate of Simpson College, where he majored in Computer Information Systems, or as he calls it “nerd stuff”. Zach is an IT-Web Associate and oversees website updates, assists with the client data dashboards and all things computery.

FUN FACT:

I lived and studied in London for three months and have been counting down the days until I can take another trip.

ADAM

After spending a decade as an LTL truck driver, I decided to follow my passion for software development. I believe it’s never too late to pursue what you love, and I’m currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in software development. I enjoy solving complex problems and staying current with evolving technologies. My approach is grounded in attention to detail and a commitment to delivering functional, user-friendly results. When I’m not working or studying, I love spending time with my wife and our two boys, ages 13 and 9.

FUN FACT:

I’ve always had a fascination with how things work, and I enjoy tinkering with DIY projects at home whenever I get the chance. My hobbies include woodworking, metalworking, 3D printing, electronics, and using them in combination to make cool things.

KEVIN

My name is Kevin and I’ve been married to my wife, Trisha, for seven years now, and we have five amazing kids—three boys and two girls. Our oldest is 13, and our youngest just turned one, so life is busy, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I love spending time with my family, especially when we all sit down to play video games together. It’s one of my favorite ways to connect and have fun with them. I also make time to work out and stay fit, which helps me keep up with the chaos of our big family. Between being a dad, a husband, and finding time for myself, life is full, but it’s everything I’ve ever wanted.

FUN FACT:

 I’m a huge Red Wings fan! I took my kids to their first hockey game this last year and we had the best time.
