Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at RubLine, you are responsible for producing and refining a variety of visual assets, including email templates, digital advertisements, sell sheets, catalogs, logos, packaging, and website page designs. You will collaborate with account managers, the social media team, fellow designers, and the Art Director to ensure that all design projects align with our client’s branding and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Production: Develop and edit digital and print materials, including packaging, trade show displays, brochures, and catalogs.
  • Website Design: Design visually engaging website pages, landing pages, and microsites, ensuring a seamless and aesthetically pleasing user experience. Develop layouts, graphics, and interactive elements that enhance functionality and align with brand identity.
  • Collaboration: Work with the digital marketing team and web developers to create responsive and high-performing web designs that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Branding Solutions: Provide creative solutions and develop design concepts that align with branding initiatives across both digital and print mediums.
  • Independence: Execute tasks independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong self-motivation and initiative.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on web design trends, emerging technologies, UX/UI best practices, and design tools to enhance both creative output and functionality.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Expertise in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and related software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail in all aspects of design and production.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve design challenges.
  • Brand Adherence: Ability to use color, typography, and layout effectively while staying within brand guidelines.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Art Director or management.
